Mana Connect

Connect Google to Mana.

Know what your Mana agent can access before you connect your account.

1. What Mana Connect does

Mana Connect lets you authorize a company-approved Mana agent to work with your Google account. Each person connects their own account through Google's consent screen. Mana and your employer never receive your Google password.

The connection is tied to you. It is not shared with another employee, and it does not give Mana access to other accounts in your organization.

2. What access is requested

For Gmail workflows, Mana may request access to your Google account identity and the Gmail messages, threads, labels, and attachments needed for the work your organization has approved. It may also request permission to create Gmail drafts.

Google lists every requested permission before you approve the connection. If your organization later enables Calendar, Drive, Docs, or Sheets workflows, you will see those permissions before granting them.

3. How Google data is used

Mana uses Google user data only for the features you and your organization request, such as finding a customer email, summarizing a thread, or preparing a draft for you to review. Email is not sent unless your organization has separately enabled and approved that capability.

Composio stores and refreshes the OAuth connection and processes Google API requests for Mana. Mana keeps limited connection status and audit records. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.

Full details are in Mana’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

4. Your control

You can disconnect through your Mana agent or revoke access from your Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops future Google API access.
