How long does workspace setup take?
Workspaces are set up in week 2 of the 30-day Bootcamp, after week 1 maps how each department works. Your team practices in them during week 3, and Mana refines the setup based on what comes up.
How much does a team workspace cost?
Workspace setup is part of the $10,000 AI Bootcamp, along with the company foundation and team training. Your company pays for its own ChatGPT or Claude plan separately. See pricing for everything included.
How much of our team’s time does the Bootcamp take?
Each department joins three one-hour sessions over the 30 days, 3 hours per department, or 9 hours in total for three departments. Before we start, someone gathers the documents and details we need. If your information is already organized, that can take as little as an hour. If it lives in different places across the team, plan for more. Beyond that, your team practices with the tools during their normal work.
What happens after we book a call?
You meet the Mana team for a 30-minute discovery call about your team’s work and where AI could help. If the Bootcamp is a fit, Mana sends a proposal with the scope, price and payment terms before you commit.
Do we need both ChatGPT and Claude?
No. We aim for a manageable starting environment. The choice depends on your team, existing tools, requirements, and agreed scope.
Will the workspace automatically know everything about our company?
No. The quality of the starting material matters. We organize approved information and teach the team to check whether the tool has the context needed for each task.
Is this a custom integration with our business systems?
No. Foundation setup uses supported features in the agreed environment. System integrations and custom development are separate work.
