Guided working sessions built around each department’s responsibilities, questions, and everyday work.

AI terms, made clear

How to talk to AI

Learn to explain a task, provide useful context, ask follow-up questions, and refine an answer.

Prompts you can reuse

Take away practical prompts and learn how to adapt them for different tasks and audiences.

Using and creating skills

AI training for executives,
connected to the team

Owners and managers need a shared understanding of suitable tasks, review standards, and realistic expectations. Each department’s Q&A session helps connect the team’s practice to business priorities.

What happens after the training sessions?

The agreed training scope includes guided sessions, recorded references, and a post-training Q&A period. We show your team how reusable instructions and supported skills can make recurring tasks more consistent, with human review still part of the process.

Reusable AI skills

A skill is a saved set of instructions for a task you do often. It gives AI a repeatable starting point, so you don’t have to explain the process every time.

Your department receives selected starter skills. In training, you’ll practice using them, adapting their instructions, and creating skills for your own work.

Who runs your Bootcamp?

All sessions run remotely. Based in Austin? We can meet in person, and teams elsewhere can add in-person training for a travel fee.

Taylor Grassmick, CEO

Leads AI implementation, from the product build to team training.

Cheyanne Powell, COO

Leads onboarding, account management and delivery.

FAQ

How much does AI training for employees cost?

Team training is part of the Mana AI Bootcamp, which is $10,000 flat for up to three departments. That price also covers the company foundation and team workspace setup. See pricing for everything included. Your company buys its own AI software licenses. To compare options, read what AI training for employees costs.

How long does the training take?

The Bootcamp runs over 30 days. Week 1 maps each department’s work, week 2 sets up workspaces and runs training, week 3 is practice, and week 4 closes with Q&A and handoff.

How much of our team’s time does the Bootcamp take?

Each department joins three one-hour sessions over the 30 days, 3 hours per department, or 9 hours in total for three departments. Before we start, someone gathers the documents and details we need. If your information is already organized, that can take as little as an hour. If it lives in different places across the team, plan for more. Beyond that, your team practices with the tools during their normal work.

What happens after we book a call?

You meet the Mana team for a 30-minute discovery call about your team’s work and where AI could help. If the Bootcamp is a fit, Mana sends a proposal with the scope, price and payment terms before you commit.

Is this for beginners?

Yes. We begin with the team’s actual experience and build from there. The goal is useful everyday practice, not technical model development.

Will everyone learn the same tasks?

The team shares a common foundation, while practice examples are chosen for the roles and departments in your agreed scope.

Can reusable skills eliminate mistakes?

No. Reusable instructions can make expectations more consistent, but people still need to check facts, sensitive information, and the suitability of each result.
